The Mid Suffolk Light Railway is preserving part of the former “Middy” light railway in Suffolk. This volunteer-run railway operates from Brockford station with a museum depicting rural light railway operation. Restoration of track and rolling stock continues, with the aim of extending passenger operations through the Suffolk countryside.
